-
Preliminary analysis of the project
With the data collected over the years setting up microbreweries and with the information provided by customers, we can generate a customized feasibility plan. The first step is an analysis of the project: location, premises, sales channels, number of partners, etc.
-
Initial investment and future growth
All start-up costs of the project are contemplated: company incorporation costs, factory adaptation, microbrewery equipment, raw materials and first production packaging (stock). Possible future investments are also studied with a growth plan.
-
3. Costs and break-even point
Variable costs are considered depending on the type of product and packaging. All the fixed costs of the activity are considered, such as credits, salaries, rent, management, supplies, advertising or leasing. A profitability threshold is worked out considering sales channels and type of project.
-
4. Cash flow and financial analysis
Making assumptions that will generate the necessary data to determine the result of the investment: margins and cash flow. With the data generated we will obtain the internal rate of return (IRR), net present value (NPV) and payback period.
