The brewer can control the amount of ions to accentuate flavors and facilitate the production process.
Equipped with 20 and 5 micron filtration, digital electronic control unit with LCD display, pressure switches, flow meters, pressure gauges, needle and salinity integrating valves. The support is made of AISI 304 stainless steel.
