Thermo-insulated atmospheric fermenters
Our line of 60º thermo-insulated cylindrical-conical atmospheric fermenters, manufactured in AISI304 stainless steel, with double jacket (cone and cylinder) and expanded polyurethane thermo-insulation protected by an AISI304 stainless steel wall.
It differs from the non-thermally insulated model because of the insulation that drastically reduces the temperature losses of the fermenter caused by the heat dissipated during the wort processing.
Thanks to these types of fermenters you will have better energy efficiency, since the tank does not have to continuously contrast the ambient heat in the hottest months or during brewing.
The initial cost is higher than the other model, but it is quickly amortized by saving on electricity.
